Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us of your return in advance by email:
After receiving your request, we will review the process and then send you all the necessary return information and the corresponding return address.
Return Requirements
Returns must be registered in advance by email.Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods.Products that have been personalized or custom-made are excluded from returns (where permitted by law).
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.If you have received damaged, incorrect, or incomplete goods, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
The refund will be processed once the item has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected.The refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange
If your item is damaged, defective, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately by email with photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Underwear
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
